Our guesthouse in Marseille, next to the old port
Our family-run guest house, open since 1999, is located in the historic district of Marseille, in a traditional town house, ideally located in the centre of Marseille but away from the hustle and bustle.
Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, our house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a large number of tourist sites (Mucem, Vieille Charité, Cathédrale de la Major, to name but a few). For places a little further afield such as the calanques and beaches, you will find public transport (bus, underground and tram) nearby. The train station is a 20-25 minute walk or 2 metro stops plus a 7 minute walk.
Our comfortable, fully equipped guest rooms with their personalized and colourful decoration and wifi access are available for one or more nights.
Our wish is to provide a setting which is out of the ordinary while feeling homely, whether you are on holiday or a business trip, alone, in a couple, with family or with friends.
Visitors have been coming to stay with us from all over France and abroad for many years and we are as delighted as ever to welcome you to our guest house in Marseille, in Le Panier, next to the old port and look forward to sharing some pleasant moments with you.
“I’m of Egyptian origin, and as an artist, Marseille has been my source of inspiration.
My paintings are my way of expressing Marseille’s richness and multi-cultural layers. The colours of this city reflecting its diverse influences, are present in each of my pictures.”
“As for me, I am of German origin, and about twenty years ago I fell in love with Marseille ... and Youssef!
I adore living in this beautiful neighbourhood - Le Panier - under the Marseille sun.”
